Kyng Are On Fire With Second Album

Kyng have followed up their debut album ‘Trampled Sun’ released in 2011 with a second album ‘Burn The Serum’ this year which made it into a number of ‘Best Of’ lists, and with an album of this high quality it is an obvious choice.

Los Angeles based Eddie Veliz (Guitar/Lead Vocals), Tony Castaneda (Bass/Backing Vocals) and Pepe Clarke (Drums) formed Kyng in 2008 and after the release of their debut album signed to Razor & Tie Records in 2013, culminating in the release of ‘Burn The Serum’ in April 2014.

Four piece Sons Of Icarus have achieved a lot since winning the Marshall Amplifiers’ ‘Ultimate Band Contest’ in December 2010, which led to opening slots for Download and Sonisphere in 2011.This has led to further festival appearances over recent years and has seen them support a whole host of major bands such as Black Stone Cherry, Clutch, Rival Sons, Orange Goblin and most recently The Cadillac Three in London as part of their UK tour.

Blackballed Roll Out Colossus Debut Album

Manchester based 3 piece Blackballed have just released their debut album ‘Colossus’ which follows on from their brilliant self-titled EP released in 2013. Marshall Gill (Guitars, Vocals), Leon Gill (Vocals, Drums) and Tom Wibberley (Bass) have produced a ten track album full of huge riffs, a thunderous bass, thumping drums and melodic vocals that have a slightly raw edge to them, which is just how rock should be.
