London based Calling All Astronauts will be releasing their new single ‘Empire’ on 27th November via Supersonic Media.
‘Empire’ is the first single to be taken from their highly anticipated second album ‘Anti-Social Network’, which is due for release February 2016.
The single is everything you would expect from Calling All Astronauts and more, as they never compromise on quality. With an epic production, the track is a mixture of new wave meets post-punk, almost industrial in places and certainly stands out by having one hell of a riff that threads through the song. With a brooding and commanding vocal, the rich tone compliments the intellectual and well-written lyrics. The beauty of this single is that it isn’t defined by any one genre, and will be very much liked by all music lovers, regardless of their favoured musical style. ‘Empire’ builds upon the already strong foundations of their previous releases, and this is an excellent single you are going to want to hear.
The single comes complete with a very unique remix package and will be available from iTunes, Amazon and is also available to stream now via Spotify:
1. Empire
2. Empire (Skunxx Remix) Trap
3. Empire (Grover Remix) Industrial
4. Empire (Angerwolf remix) Tropical House
5. Empire (PSE Remix) Ambient Rock
