Avenged Sevenfold have today released a new single and video for ‘The Stage’.
Although the AX7 Deathbat had recently been projected on to buildings in London, Sydney, Toronto, Paris and Berlin, the new single and video was dropped without warning by the band today. ‘The Stage’ is a 8 minute 30 second opus in true AX7 style but the video itself is certainly thought-provoking given recent world events and is one that needs to be watched to the very end.

Avenged Sevenfold recently added a second night at London’s O2 Arena after the original date sold out in matter of weeks. This is a huge achievement for a band whose dedicated fans appreciate that they have never compromised their end goals. The band will now headline the O2 Arena on January 21 and 22, tickets are on sale now. The band’s first UK tour for three years is set to call at Dublin’s 3Arena before stops at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena, Sheffield Arena, Manchester Arena, Birmingham’s Genting Arena, Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena and Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena.
