Speaking about the video, the man behind The Lion And The Wolf, Thomas George, said “The video was shot in Trinity Church which is directly next to my house on the Isle of Wight. This was the first time I have ever performed with a full band and to play in a packed church was amazing.” He Continues, “It feels good to have this video out into the world as well as the single. For me, it feels like confirmation that, musically, The Lion And The Wolf is moving in the right direction and I am so stoked to continue moving forward with the new record.”
‘My Father’s Eyes’ is exclusively released on 7” ‘storm grey’, hand numbered vinyl and limited to just 250 copies. Each record comes with a personalised thank you note and access to four exclusive bonus recordings. The B-side is ‘Bar Stools’, another new track which highlights The Lion and the Wolf’s new approach of recording full band.
