Caught In The Crossfire

Portsmouth punk rock band Caught In A Crossfire (CIAC) have released a 4 track EP ‘Lighten Up’ via Coffee Jingle Records.

The band have an updated sound but with tracks such as ‘Legacy’ speeding through at a million miles an hour, they retain an ethos harking back to the origins of those early punk rock bands that were prevalent in the early 80’s. ‘Bat Shit Crazy’ and ‘Screaming Out Your Name’ are delivered with an impressive intensity, before ending the EP on ‘Run’, which is slightly more rock in terms of style but still has that edge to it that is heard across the whole EP.

CIAC are currently signed to independent label Coffee Jingle Records and will be releasing 2 EP’s in 2015, with plans for a full length album in 2016.
