Surrey/Sussex based 4 piece Laflamme are building on the interest generated since their debut self-titled EP was released last year, that was picked up by numerous radio stations and which also saw the band hit the road in 2014 with many gigs all over the south including a headline slot at Guilfest and an appearance at Oxjam.

Four piece Sons Of Icarus have achieved a lot since winning the Marshall Amplifiers’ ‘Ultimate Band Contest’ in December 2010, which led to opening slots for Download and Sonisphere in 2011.This has led to further festival appearances over recent years and has seen them support a whole host of major bands such as Black Stone Cherry, Clutch, Rival Sons, Orange Goblin and most recently The Cadillac Three in London as part of their UK tour.

Manchester based 3 piece Blackballed have just released their debut album ‘Colossus’ which follows on from their brilliant self-titled EP released in 2013. Marshall Gill (Guitars, Vocals), Leon Gill (Vocals, Drums) and Tom Wibberley (Bass) have produced a ten track album full of huge riffs, a thunderous bass, thumping drums and melodic vocals that have a slightly raw edge to them, which is just how rock should be.

Australian band Aether Beach have just released their self-titled 6 track EP. The 6 piece band featuring Benjamin (Vocals, Rhodes, Synth), Chloe (Vocals, Sitar, Percussion) Toby (Guitar), Bec (Bass, Backing Vocals), Matt (Drums, Samples) and Woody (Guitar, Lap Steel, Trumpet, Backing Vocals) describe themselves as playing psychedelic rock and cosmic blues. The EP is full of harmonious melodies and the range of instruments played make it an almost calming sounding record.

South West based 3 piece Grifter have achieved a lot since they formed 10 years ago. Being one of the first bands to be signed to Ripple Music after the label heard only their 2nd EP, their self-titled debut album ‘Grifter’ was released in 2011 to critical acclaim which was picked up by Metal Hammer and Classic Rock who both featured tracks from the band and numerous radio stations around the world played their songs.
