Fast Static Records is pleased to announce the release of ‘Fall’, the eagerly awaited second single from a new body of work by JD Allan.
Following on from his last release, the riff-driven and lyricless ‘The Wolf’, JD Allan returns to more familiar territory with the melodic and hook-charged ‘Fall’. Recorded and co-produced by Bal Cooke (V-Twin, The Pastels, Lightships) at La Chunky Studios in Glasgow and mastered by U.E. Nastasi (AC/DC, Panic! At The Disco, The National) at Sterling Sound in New York, the track also features Cosmic Rough Riders rhythm section Mark Brown and James Clifford on drums, bass and backing harmonies.

A former member of noughties Glaswegian rock band The Blimp, JD Allan is a musician and singer-songwriter who concocts multifarious alt-pop and rock with a DIY ethic.
