40 Watt Sun have announced string of shows over the coming months, where they will play a selection of tracks from the upcoming, as yet untitled, new album, as well as earlier fan favourites.
The band have also have confirmed that work is nearing completion on the follow up to 2011’s ‘The Inside Room’, ahead of a run of live dates in the second half of 2015.
The three-piece band – best known for introspective, down-beat songwriting – began recording their sophomore album earlier this year, and have confirmed that it is reaching the final stages of being mixed. Following ‘The Inside Room’ – which collected high praise from fans and critics alike – the band have focussed on playing live, before more recently turning their attention to writing and recording a follow up collection of songs.
