Sons.

Bristol based 4 piece Sons will be releasing their new single ‘Help Me’ on 30th January.

Formed in 2012, Jordan Tomkins (Guitars/Vocals), Alex Brown (Guitars/Vocals), Luke Saxton (Drums/Vocals) and James Holt (Bass) have been producing catchy riff based songs that have a mixture of styles, from the slightly indie track ‘Do You Know Me?’ to the heavier rock based ‘Never Know’. With their latest single they have once again produced more of that indie upbeat sound.

With infectious sounding riffs from the outset, ‘Help Me’ is full of quirky hooks with a fast paced beat and this latest single is a definite earworm of a song. As the vocals cascade through the track, the track has a newer sound from Sons with more of a raw edge to it.

Having supported the likes of Darlia and GLUM, the band will be playing a headline gig on the 27th January at The Louisiana in Bristol and are hoping to plan further gigs throughout the year. With the release of their debut EP ‘Squares’ in 2014, the new material from Sons has shown this is a band that are continuously producing high quality music in the indie/rock style.
