Moon Tan Release Debut Album

Moon Tan

Canadian band Moon Tan have released their debut album ‘New Age Renegade’ this month.

Based in Winnipeg and formed in 2012, members Adrian Dyer (Vocals/Bass), Brady Mitchell (Guitars) and Nick Kula (Drums) released their self-titled debut EP in 2013. This new 6 track album is full of their signature sound, with elements of rock, some progressive influences and some very grooving bass lines.

Mannequins Have Model Album With ‘Worthless’

Mannequins

French based Mannequins released their album ‘Worthless’ in November 2014. Although formed in Rouen, the band also has links in the UK and this is reflected in their style of music, which has an indie sound to it reminiscent of when it was a major part of British culture back in the 90’s.

JPT Scare Band Cause A Ripple With New Vinyl LP Set

JPT Scare Band will be releasing on 28th April a special LP set consisting of their first two album releases ‘Acid Acetate Excursion’ and ‘Rape Of The Titan’s Sirens’ via Ripple Music. Originally recorded in the 1970’s, these albums have been out of print since the original Monster Records release in the early 90’s and represent the full early history of the band. The re-released albums will come with new gatefold album art that incorporates the images of the original two albums.

Profane And The Sacred

London based Profane And The Sacred have just release their much anticipated debut album ‘Chapter I : A Long Time Coming’.

Luke Alleeson (Vocals and guitar), Rick Spooner (Guitar), Rob Taylor (Bass) and Kieran Smith (Drums) have produced an excellent debut album that encompasses their live sound, and is full doom-laden guitars that produce monster riffs with a heavy stoner influence, as well as gritty vocals that are a powerful addition to the massive sounding tracks on the album. This is 9 tracks that will blow you away from the very first listen and ‘Chapter I : A Long Time Coming’ has to be one of the albums to have for 2015.

Yawning Sons Release Classic Album On Vinyl

Yawning Sons

Yawning Sons have announced that their 2009 desert rock classic album ‘Ceremony To The Sunset’ has just been released on vinyl via Alone Records.

This release will be limited to only 500 copies housed in a deluxe gatefold housing on either transparent yellow, red or orange and includes the original closing album track from the studio master tapes that were not on the original 2009 release.

ZOE Unveil New Formats For ‘Raise The Veil’ Album

French band ZOE have just announced their latest album ‘Raise The Veil’ which was released worldwide via Brunnus Music in 2014, has been added to their bandcamp page for streaming, as well as a long-awaited issue of the album on vinyl. This follows on from their initial release of the album that was available on CD as a limited edition.
