God Damn

God Damn band will be hitting the road next week (26 October) for a series of dates with Missouri based punk brothers Radkey. The band have also streamed their new single ‘Dead To Me’.

Following the critically-acclaimed release of their ‘Vultures’ album earlier this year on One Little Indian Records, God Damn are already gearing up to assault our senses with a brand new recording entitled ‘Dead To Me’. Whilst the ‘Vultures’ album was a sprawling, epic slab of progressive noise-rock, ‘Dead To Me’ is a short, abrupt punch to the guts, and will be available November 20th.

“We always push our boundaries and try to create new sounds,” explains Thom. “Following on from ‘Vultures’, we decided ‘Dead To Me’ should be more direct and in your f***ing face. It does just that. It’s about those moments when you see an old ghost in a very public place,” reveals Thom. “Then rather than cowering from the situation and pretending you haven’t seen one another, you confront each other and kill the horrible air dead. You then run away and cringe!”
