Tess Of The Circle have released a new single ‘Love Is The Drug That You Crave’.
Formed in 2013, this British independent rock band focuses on the songs of male songwriter Tess Jones and a collective of participating musicians.
With their 2nd album ‘Amplify’ due in September 2015, the single introduces 1970’s fuelled rock riffs blended with impassioned vocals and soaring choruses. From the very first chord it explodes into a delicious rock sound, with killer riffs and has you wanting to listen to it again and again. ‘Love Is The Drug That You Crave’ has to be one of the soundtracks of the summer.
The song talks about how we often mistake temporary objects and fixations for love. It suggests that we just see these things for what they are; a wish to feel connected.
2015 promises to be a defining year for a band that is continually going from strength to strength. The single is available to pre-order on iTUNES and AMAZON now.
The band have also announced a few dates for the summer including an appearance at the iconic Glastonbury Festival.
June 25th-28th – (Thursday – Sunday) Glastonbury Festival.
July 11th – (Saturday) Bodfest, Horse & Jockey, Bodicote, 3pm.
August 14-16th – (Sunday) Pandora Festival, Buckinghamshire. Time TBC
